Criminal Syndicates Increasing Across Kingsmere
Residents have reported seeing unfamiliar groups operating openly in different parts of Kingsmere, with some allegedly involved in robbery, extortion, drug dealing, illegal gambling, and other criminal operations.
Police officials are reportedly concerned that some of these groups may be establishing permanent territory within the district rather than simply passing through.
The development comes shortly after the Havenfall Police Department deployed HVA agents throughout Kingsmere in response to the district's rapidly increasing crime rate.
Authorities have not confirmed how many syndicates are currently operating in Kingsmere, nor whether the groups are connected to one another.
However, residents say the change is becoming difficult to ignore.
"It's like every week there's another group," one shopkeeper said. "You start recognizing faces you never saw here before."
Ducansmith, StunnerStones, and Levelseven have once again been identified by locals as areas where criminal activity is particularly noticeable.
With HVA agents now patrolling the district, police are expected to increase their efforts to identify and dismantle the organizations responsible.
For Kingsmere residents, however, the question is no longer whether organized crime is growing.
It's how much of Kingsmere has already been claimed.
