Priest Claims Failed Exorcism

A local priest has come forward with a disturbing account of an attempted exorcism, claiming that an entity he believed was possessing a young woman refused to leave and delivered a warning to those present.

According to Father Elias Vane, he was contacted by the girl's family after they reported unusual behavior and believed she was experiencing a spiritual disturbance.

"I have performed blessings and witnessed suffering before," Father Vane said. "But what I encountered that night was different."

The priest claims that during the ritual, the young woman displayed unusual behavior and that the presence inside her appeared to respond directly to his prayers.

However, instead of leaving, Father Vane claims the entity delivered a message:

"Havenfall has been forgotten. This place is disconnected from the Creator."

The priest stated that the words deeply disturbed everyone present and that the ritual ended without the entity leaving.

The identity and condition of the young woman have not been released, and authorities have not commented on the incident.

Some religious leaders have questioned Father Vane's claims, stating that such events require careful investigation and should not be taken as fact without evidence.

Others within Havenfall's religious communities have expressed concern, arguing that the statement should not be ignored.

"This city has always carried strange stories," one resident said. "Maybe some things are better left unknown."

Father Vane maintains that what he witnessed was real.

"I do not know what was in that room," he said. "But I know it was not something ordinary."
