Entry 27

Dear Diary,

It might be overthinking or overestimating this, but I think I did well. I could say it's the initiation, you know. Cult-like shit or a ritual.

But okay, let me get into it.

Today, I made Melissa and Lexie meet again. It seems the two are starting to hate each other. Well, at least Lexie does. Melissa thinks whatever she's doing, she's doing it to help Lexie.

Kinda shitty, right? That's how emotions are.

Brain before heart.

So, I prefer having a branding for what's mine. And even if she leaves, the branding will be there forever, until her body decomposes.

So basically, this isn't one of those tattoos or brandings you see in anime, with girls having the branding on their stomachs, or I should say, around the pubic hair area, but with the hair shaved. Or sometimes at the back, next to the butt.

I don't really get why people do that. Maybe it's a symbol of being a slut or an anime fan or something.

But my branding is normal. Easy.

I gave Melissa a knife, and Lexie had to ask her to allow Melissa to cut her right wrist a couple of times.

Afterward, Lexie was in pain. Emotional pain, and the cuts did help her.

Gosh, this is a little dark, but it helps. We all know that. At least those who have tried.

Plus, an hour before we did this, I found Lexie crying and stuff. For some reason, I just might read her diary and find out. But that's a next-time thing.

The nice thing to watch was how Lexie tried her best to act like the cutting wasn't bothering her. She was smirking at Melissa.

Talk about being happy because your cellmate can't make you stay up all night anymore, since now you can easily fall asleep on the cold concrete.

That's how rewriting works.

I almost felt sorry for her.

Emotions again.

So basically, I had to ask Melissa to put cuts all over Lexie's body. Three hundred cuts.

We obviously didn't tell Lexie how many Melissa made, so she could try counting and hope she made it to the end.

It was interesting how hope works. Her strong belief in pretending it didn't bother her or hurt, just so she wouldn't look like shit in front of Melissa.

What I loved was that Melissa truly felt sorry for her. Very sorry. She even offered to help, but Lexie said she shouldn't talk to her and should just do her thing.

It was nice watching all of this from the other room. It was like a moment at a mental asylum.

Melissa had started making the cuts too shallow, so I told her to make them deeper.

Lovely. She went overboard and cut too deep, causing the two to argue.

And in the process, I took Lexie's side, making her happy and giving her the blade to cut Melissa ten times.

At least she wasn't killed.

Well, it was a fucking fun day.

Goodnight, Diary.
